Specifically, I wanted to understand better how the claims process works if we provide an estimate against the estimate by the insurance companies shop and I wanted to better understand the parameters for reimbursement for the rental that we would need. I donâ€™t feel like I have any clarity on how this process works which is really stressful. Iâ€™m paying for my own rental car, itâ€™s not even big enough for our entire family and I have no idea if I will be reimbursed. We read the reviews of the shop that they want us to take our car to for an estimate and they are terrible, virtually every review that sounds like an actual customer wrote it is scathing and accuses the shop of fraud.
